ADA Acquires Algonomy for Retail AI Decisioning

ADA has completed its acquisition of Algonomy, adding retail AI decisioning technology to its platform and expanding the combined business to 34 markets.

ADA has completed its acquisition of Algonomy, a retail AI decisioning company, the company announced in a press release.

The deal adds Algonomy's personalization, merchandising, and supply chain intelligence tools to ADA's intelligent growth platform. ADA said the combined business now reaches 34 markets across APAC, the United States, MENA, and Europe.

Algonomy serves more than 400 brands with AI systems for retail decisioning across commerce, marketing, merchandising, and supply chain operations.

After the acquisition, Algonomy customers will keep access to its products, solutions, and teams. The combined business will operate worldwide under the ADA brand.
