Aissist.io Launches Hybrid AI Workforce for Customer Support Automation
Aissist.io has introduced its Hybrid AI Workforce platform for customer support automation, announced in a press release. The system combines digital employees, AI managers, and assistants to streamline business operations and reduce the common failure rate of AI pilot projects.
The platform includes three main components: Digital Employees that execute processes and integrate with CRMs like Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce, and Freshdesk; an AI Manager that monitors performance and flags risks; and an AI Assistant that handles routine tasks through a natural language interface. Together, they enable enterprises to automate workflows and maintain oversight.
According to the company, early adopters have achieved up to 95% automation of sales and service tasks and reported a two to three times return on investment within six months. The Hybrid Workforce is designed to help organizations move beyond stalled AI pilots by offering faster integration and measurable performance outcomes.
