Lemon Learning has acquired Aidaxis to extend its digital adoption platform to desktop applications and strengthen its artificial intelligence capabilities.

Lemon Learning has acquired Aidaxis to expand its digital adoption platform beyond web applications and accelerate its AI roadmap, announced in a press release.

The acquisition allows Lemon Learning to support large organizations operating in hybrid IT environments that combine SaaS, internal tools, and desktop software. Aidaxis, founded in 2016 in Lyon, specializes in desktop application assistance and AI technologies. Its team and technology will join Lemon Learning to enable unified digital adoption across both web and desktop platforms.

Lemon Learning is also integrating Aidaxis’s AI research expertise to enhance its machine learning and intelligent assistance capabilities. The company said this will strengthen its ability to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-focused AI features.

Lemon Learning’s AI-powered offerings are already used by most of its clients for in-app contextual assistance, onboarding acceleration, and operational analytics. Recent features include automatic process verification tools, real-time contextual AI support, and advanced adoption analytics.
