AgentPass has rebranded as Paz.ai, positioning itself as an infrastructure platform that connects retail product catalogs to AI shopping agents such as ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, and Perplexity, announced in a press release.

The San Francisco-based company said its platform ingests existing product feeds from systems like Shopify, Adobe Commerce, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, then translates them into AI-native formats compatible with protocols including OpenAI’s ACP, Anthropic’s MCP, and Google’s UCP.

Paz.ai’s platform enables three main functions: AI visibility, which allows products to appear in AI agent responses; AI optimization, which structures product data for AI reasoning and recommendations; and in-chat checkout, which lets consumers complete purchases directly within conversations.

The company stated that all existing integrations and partnerships will continue under the new brand, and that the rebrand reflects the growing importance of agentic commerce as more consumers begin shopping through conversational AI platforms.
