Adobe brings AI search tools to Heathrow Airport website
Adobe and Heathrow Airport have expanded their partnership to provide personalized digital services for passengers, according to an Adobe announcement. Adobe CX Enterprise will power a new Heathrow website and help manage information for more than 84.5 million passengers each year.
Heathrow will use Adobe Experience Manager to deliver content across its website, which receives more than 50 million visits annually. The site will provide travel information, accessibility programs, community information, and resources for government and other stakeholders.
Adobe Brand Visibility will track how Heathrow content is cited and presented by services including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity AI. Heathrow will use the data to identify gaps in search visibility and improve the accuracy of information shown through AI search.
