Accelitas Patents New ACH Processing Optimization Technology
Accelitas has announced a significant advancement in ACH processing with the patenting of a new technology that optimizes the validation of bank data. In a press release, the company detailed how its Ai Validate Bank Data service uses machine learning to automatically identify invalid bank routing and account number pairs. This innovation aims to eliminate non-valid accounts early in the payment process, addressing common reasons for ACH returns and thereby saving businesses time and money.
The patented technology is part of Accelitas' broader suite of bank account validation products, which includes Ai Validate BAV and Ai Validate BAV|FCRA. These products are designed to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of ACH transactions by filtering out erroneous entries, such as "fat finger" errors, which often lead to payment returns. Accelitas claims a 100% hit rate across all U.S. accounts, a benchmark unmatched in the industry.
Accelitas' CEO, Greg Cote, emphasized the importance of this breakthrough, describing it as "the Holy Grail for ACH transactions." The technology not only reduces consumer frustration but also lowers downstream costs for clients, offering a powerful tool for improving online business operations. Accelitas is recognized as a Nacha Preferred Partner, further solidifying its position in the fintech industry.
