Brand Engagement Network Invests in Accelevate to Expand into Fleet Operations

April 22, 2026
Brand Engagement Network has announced a strategic investment of up to one million dollars in Accelevate Solutions to integrate its AI technology into live fleet operations, supported by a new U.S. patent for delivering user-specific messages.

Brand Engagement Network, Inc. has entered into a strategic investment and commercial collaboration with Accelevate Solutions, announced in a press release. The partnership aims to advance artificial intelligence in live fleet operations and extend BEN's technology for connecting human intent with system execution.

Under the agreement, BEN plans to invest up to one million dollars, starting with an initial payment of 250,000 dollars to support commercialization and deployment. A second installment of 750,000 dollars will follow upon completion of mutual reseller agreements. The collaboration combines Accelevate's fleet infrastructure with BEN's AI technology to enhance driver engagement, in-vehicle communication, and real time training.

BEN's system enables fleet operators to communicate with drivers, deliver guidance and compliance messages, and reinforce safe driving behaviors during live operations. The integration allows continuous coordination across vehicle systems, routes, and passenger interactions. BEN was recently granted U.S. Patent No. 12,581,163, titled "Systems and Methods for Delivering User-Specific Messages," which supports its ability to interpret intent and trigger actions across connected systems.

Accelevate develops routing, tracking, and sensor systems that integrate with platforms such as MyRadar and Geotab Marketplace. Its technology provides environmental and vehicle data used to support decision making in fleet operations. The partnership positions BEN to enter the commercial fleet market and create new recurring revenue opportunities through enterprise engagement.
