Aistra Acquires Veracity Services to Expand AI in Finance Operations
Aistra has acquired a controlling stake in Veracity Services, a finance and accounting company based in Singapore, announced in a press release. The acquisition aims to combine Veracity's established finance and accounting delivery capabilities with Aistra's AI augmented technology solutions to create a more scalable finance platform.
Veracity Services currently supports over 20 clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific region. Its expertise includes accounting, audit support, and transaction management. Aistra will integrate its proprietary AI systems into these workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency.
The merged entity will operate as a unified finance, accounting, and transaction management practice, serving clients from offices in Mumbai, Pune, Dubai, London, New York, Singapore, Colombo, Brisbane, and Melbourne. Executives from both companies stated that the partnership will enable the development of new AI based solutions and strengthen existing offerings for global clients.
