Separately, Mitratech acquires BotDojo and plans to add its agent orchestration technology to ARIES, supporting connections between its data, AI agents and external agents through the Model Context Protocol.
Morae unveils Legal Intelligence Platform with AI spend module
Morae launches a Legal Intelligence Platform that connects legal management, matter management and law firm billing data without replacing existing systems. Its first module, MorAI Spend Intelligence, uses billing trained AI and human review to support decisions on outside counsel spending. Read more

Clio acquires US legal AI startup Learned Hand, which provides tools for judges and clerks to manage cases, research legal issues and draft court documents. The acquisition establishes the foundation of Clio's judiciary business, with existing deployments and pilots continuing. Read more

CM Injury Trial Lawyers, a Philadelphia area firm, selects Parambil to analyze medical records in catastrophic injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice cases. The firm was founded by former Kline & Specter partners Frank Mangiaracina and Michael Cavaliere. Read more

Relativity adds KPMG and three global law firms to the Advanced Access program for claiR, its conversational legal AI tool. The participants will test and refine the product before its planned general availability in early 2027. Read more
