CM Injury Trial Lawyers selected Parambil as its AI platform for reviewing medical records in catastrophic injury and medical malpractice cases.

CM Injury Trial Lawyers selected Parambil as its AI medical record review platform, the company announced in a press release. The Philadelphia area firm will use the software for catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases.

Parambil analyzes large collections of medical records, creates chronologies, identifies possible deviations from standards of care, and prepares draft work products. Attorneys retain oversight of the review and legal decisions.

Former Kline & Specter partners Frank Mangiaracina and Michael Cavaliere founded CM Injury Trial Lawyers, which opened in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, in late August. Michael Smith, the firm's director of technology, led its evaluation of Parambil.

The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
