Tenable has acquired Apex, a company supported by Sam Altman, for more than $105 million. This acquisition aims to strengthen Tenable's capabilities in AI security. Meanwhile, at the ISACA 2025 North America Conference, Resecurity launched its AI-driven Compliance Manager to help CISOs and compliance teams manage regulatory demands and align with global cybersecurity standards.

On May 23, 2025, Leidos acquired Kudu Dynamics to enhance its AI capabilities in cyber operations, focusing on defense and intelligence sectors.
