On April 2, 2025, Anthropic introduced Claude for Education, an AI chatbot tier for colleges and universities, aimed at enhancing learning and promoting critical thinking.
In funding news, Ambitio, an AI admissions platform based in Bengaluru, has secured USD 2 million in seed funding to improve its technology and broaden its reach. The funding round was led by BLinC Invest. Additionally, Brisk Teaching has raised $15 million in Series A funding to enhance its AI tools for K-12 education, with the investment led by Bessemer Venture Partners. This funding will help expand features like lesson planning and personalized feedback for educators worldwide.
