Zenylitics Announces CEO Transition and Leadership Promotions
Zenylitics announced in a press release a planned leadership transition effective September 30, 2026. Ken Pedersen, who has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2019, will move into the role of Chairman of the Board. Co-founder and current Vice President of Customer Care and Delivery Kyle Carter will become Chief Executive Officer.
The company's board of directors unanimously approved the appointments as part of a long-term succession plan. Pedersen will focus on board leadership and strategic direction, while Carter will oversee daily operations and growth initiatives.
As part of the transition, Shubham Upadhyay, who leads Zenylitics' delivery operations in Delhi, India, will be promoted to Vice President of Delivery. Upadhyay manages the company's analyst organization supporting multilingual client programs.
Zenylitics, founded in 2017, provides managed conversation intelligence services that combine AI-enabled speech analytics with analyst expertise and program management. The company operates a subsidiary in Delhi and was named CallMiner Impact Partner of the Year in both 2024 and 2025.
