Zensar Reports 3.1% Annual Revenue Growth for FY26 with Strong AI Project Wins

Zensar Technologies reported $643.7 million in revenue for fiscal year 2026, a 3.1% increase year over year, with AI led deals and a record order book of $401.8 million.

Zensar Technologies announced in a press release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company reported annual revenue of 643.7 million dollars, representing growth of 3.1 percent in reported currency and 1.7 percent in constant currency. In Indian rupees, this equated to a 7.7 percent increase year over year.

For the fourth quarter, Zensar posted revenue of 158.4 million dollars, a 1.0 percent increase from the same quarter last year and a 1.3 percent decline from the previous quarter in reported currency. Profit after tax was 14.4 percent of revenue, with a quarterly increase of 50 basis points. The order book reached 401.8 million dollars, up 122.9 percent from the previous quarter, and the company reported cash and cash equivalents of 319.5 million dollars.

The company highlighted several AI related project wins in the quarter, including software engineering transformation with an intelligent coding assistant for a global banking and payments firm, finance operations modernization using its Hawkeye AI platform for a major African retailer, and an AI powered API modernization project for a U.S. department store group. Zensar also delivered an enterprise scale HR transformation using an AI Copilot and implemented an AI based master data platform for a global healthcare organization.

Zensar was recognized as a Major Contender in multiple Everest Group PEAK Matrix Assessments for 2026 and received the ICAI Sustainability Award and the Graham Bell Star Rating Award for its AI powered supply chain solution.
