WorkFusion AI Agents Process 1 Million Alerts Daily
WorkFusion has announced that its AI agents are now processing one million sanctions and adverse media alerts daily, according to a press release. This advancement is freeing up the capacity of over 5,000 Level 1 analysts, equating to more than 40,000 hours per day.
The AI agents, named Tara, Evelyn, and Evan, are designed to review alerts using procedures similar to those of top analysts, determining whether further investigation is necessary. This approach aims to make false positives largely irrelevant, a significant issue in financial crime compliance where 99% of alerts are often false positives.
WorkFusion's AI solutions are utilized by four of the top five US banks and other leading financial institutions globally, enhancing compliance operations and reducing costs associated with managing false positives.
