VSBLTY Groupe Technologies and Brightside Group have signed a binding Letter of Intent to collaborate on integrated AI and sovereign satellite infrastructure projects in the Philippines, announced in a press release. The agreement will support defense, public safety, critical infrastructure, and commercial initiatives across the country.

The collaboration combines VSBLTY's edge intelligence platform, which uses computer vision and multi-sensor data fusion, with Brightside's sovereign satellite infrastructure and coordination with Philippine government agencies. Together, the companies aim to create an architecture that connects sensors to satellites and command systems, enabling intelligence operations in areas with limited connectivity.

VSBLTY’s platform operates on processors from Qualcomm, NVIDIA, Blaize, and Intel, processing radar, acoustic, electro-optical, and IoT data at the edge. Brightside’s infrastructure includes access to the O3b mPOWER medium earth orbit constellation through its partnership with SES and dedicated GEO capacity at the 95°E orbital position. The company is also developing a sovereign ground gateway near Subic Bay in collaboration with the Philippine Space Agency.

The partnership aligns with the Philippine government’s digital connectivity and defense modernization goals, including the Connectivity for All directive and the national infrastructure master plan approved in early 2026.
