vivenu Adds AI Assistant to Ticketing Platform

July 31, 2026
vivenu launched an AI assistant for its ticketing platform, allowing event organizers to query ticketing data, create reports, build customer segments, and automate campaigns.

vivenu announced in a press release a suite of AI features for its ticketing platform, including vivenu AI Assistant. The company said the assistant is trained for ticketing and can answer data questions, create reports, analyze ticket sales, and support campaign work.

The tools are designed for event organizers that manage ticketing data, customer segments, send logic, automated campaigns, and reports. vivenu said the features use live ticketing data, allowing teams to ask questions in plain language about sales, revenue, and customer behavior.

The company also added support for open APIs and a Model Context Protocol server. This lets organizers connect existing AI tools directly to their ticketing data and use the new features inside current workflows.
