VIDIZMO Highlights Local Control as Enterprise AI Platforms Turn to Foreign Models
VIDIZMO announced in a press release that its AI Intelligence Hub operates entirely on customer infrastructure, ensuring that both the model and the data remain under the organization's control. The company emphasized this approach as major enterprise AI platforms reportedly consider adopting foreign-developed models to reduce costs.
The announcement follows increased restrictions on foreign-origin models by U.S. federal and state agencies. Applications such as DeepSeek have been banned from use on government devices by entities including the Pentagon, NASA, and the U.S. Navy, with several states implementing similar measures. Federal legislation introduced in early 2025 could extend these prohibitions to contractors.
VIDIZMO stated that its AI Intelligence Hub can run commercial or open-source models within a customer's private cloud, on-premises servers, or air-gapped networks. This setup allows organizations to choose and host their own models without relying on third-party providers, maintaining control over model provenance and access.
The platform supports compliance with CJIS, HIPAA, and FedRAMP standards and is designed for use by law enforcement, legal, healthcare, and government organizations. VIDIZMO said all AI processing, including transcription and analysis of video, audio, and documents, occurs within the customer’s infrastructure, keeping data isolated from external servers.
