Vida Global Prices IPO at $4 Per Share Ahead of NYSE Listing

Vida Global has priced its initial public offering at $4 per share for 3.75 million shares, with trading set to begin on the NYSE American and NYSE Texas under the symbol VIDA.

Vida Global has priced its initial public offering of 3,750,000 shares of Class A common stock at $4.00 per share, announced in a press release. The company also granted underwriters a 30 day option to purchase up to an additional 562,500 shares at the same price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

The stock is expected to begin trading on the NYSE American and NYSE Texas under the ticker symbol VIDA on May 15, 2026. The offering is expected to close on May 18, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Benchmark Company is serving as the sole book running manager for the offering. A registration statement on Form S-1 for the offering was declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 14, 2026.
