Veterans Benefits Software has acquired VisPro, a practice management and claims processing platform for VA benefits professionals, announced in a press release. The acquisition marks the company's first major step in developing a unified technology system for attorneys and accredited agents supporting veterans' benefits claims.

As part of the transaction, the company introduced VisPro Complete, an upgraded version of the existing VisPro platform. The new release includes flexible monthly subscription options, automated workflows to reduce administrative tasks, paperless document management with electronic signatures, electronic claim submission, and expanded intake and case management tools.

VisPro Complete will retain existing functions while adding AI based productivity features over time. The upgraded platform aims to help professionals reduce the time spent preparing VA claims and managing client documentation. Current VisPro customers will continue to receive support and access to the new system along with the platform's new features and subscription options.

A promotional video available at www.visprovideo.com highlights the platform's full workflow, showing how the system automates client intake, documentation, and submission while integrating knowledge tools for veterans' benefits professionals.
