Biogen has selected Veeva Vault CRM as its commercial platform. The Veeva suite includes Agent Call Reporting to generate commercial evidence for AI based commercial workflows.

Veeva Systems said in a press release that Biogen has selected Veeva Vault CRM as its strategic commercial platform.

Biogen will migrate to Vault CRM as part of an expanded strategic partnership with Veeva. The companies said the platform will support Biogen commercial operations for medicines that require adaptable market strategies.

Vault CRM is part of the Vault CRM Suite. The suite includes Agent Call Reporting, which Veeva says generates commercial evidence for its agentic commercial model using AI.
