Vali Health Raises $6 Million to Build AI Infrastructure for Home Care
San Francisco-based Vali Health has emerged from stealth with $6 million in funding to develop responsible AI infrastructure for home care agencies. The seed round was led by Bonfire Ventures, Supernode, and Comma Capital, along with industry investor Jacquelyn Kung.
Vali Health’s platform uses specialized AI agents to automate workforce management and coordination for home care agencies. The system currently coordinates 40,000 shifts per month and has been shown to reduce open shifts by up to 80 percent while saving agencies more than 20 hours per week. The AI agents handle most operational tasks autonomously, with a small portion routed to human review for oversight.
The company’s approach emphasizes safety and human supervision in the delivery of care. Its infrastructure includes continuous monitoring to ensure reliability and continuity of service for clients who rely on home caregivers.
Founded by Serena Dang and Jason Wu, Vali Health has grown 400 percent in its first year and now supports agencies in nearly 100 locations across 30 states. The company plans to use the new funding to expand its platform and strengthen its responsible AI framework for the home care sector.
