Turnstile Adds Read and Write Model Context Protocol for AI and Human Teams

Turnstile has expanded its Flexible Quote to Cash platform with a read and write Model Context Protocol, announced in a press release. The new capability enables both AI agents and human teams to work from the same trusted commercial data to automate and manage revenue operations processes.

The update extends Turnstile’s unified Quote to Cash System of Record, which consolidates pricing, contracts, billing, and customer data into a single platform. With the Model Context Protocol, AI agents can now perform analysis, make recommendations, and take action across quoting, subscription management, billing, and reporting workflows.

Turnstile’s platform includes four main applications: Quoting, Account Management, Billing, and Reporting. It supports multiple pricing models such as subscription, usage based, outcome based, and hybrid plans. The platform integrates with CRM, ERP, and product usage systems to maintain synchronized commercial operations.

The company stated that the addition of read and write support in the Model Context Protocol allows for secure exchange of quote to cash data directly with AI models, giving businesses a unified foundation for both human and AI driven revenue activities.
