Tech Mahindra Introduces Agentic Development and Modernization Services
Tech Mahindra announced in a press release the launch of Agentic Development and Modernization Services, a portfolio designed to help enterprises modernize how applications are built, evolved, and operated. The new offering integrates agentic AI throughout the application lifecycle to support the creation of adaptive and autonomous enterprise systems.
The company said the portfolio redefines its traditional Application Development and Maintenance Services as Agentic Development and Modernization Services. It combines modernization, AI, and engineering to modernize legacy systems, improve operational efficiency, and support the development of digital platforms.
The services are structured around four pillars: modernizing platforms for autonomy, agentic software engineering, autonomous operations, and autonomous quality fabric. These include re-architecting enterprise platforms for modular AI readiness, embedding AI agents in software engineering and operations, and enabling autonomous quality assurance.
The portfolio uses Tech Mahindra platforms such as Swifter.io, AppGinieZ, Reforge, and LitmusT, along with its Vector Squad delivery approach and Service Token pricing model. These tools aim to enhance productivity, predictability, and cost transparency while supporting continuous modernization across enterprise environments.
