Tally and Liminal Partner to Automate Specialty Healthcare Billing with AI
Tally has announced a collaboration with Liminal to automate billing processes for specialty healthcare providers in a press release. The partnership combines Tally's agentic AI platform with Liminal’s company-building capabilities to address slow and costly revenue collection in healthcare.
The U.S. revenue cycle management market surpassed $125 billion in 2024 and is expected to grow by 6 to 8 percent annually through 2030. Tally’s system manages the full billing process, including insurance verification, authorization, denials, and payment posting. Each claim processed contributes to its proprietary Payer Behavior Graph, which models how payers adjudicate different claim scenarios.
The platform is designed for multi-site specialty healthcare providers, aiming to replace manual billing work with end-to-end automation. Liminal’s involvement supports the expansion of this technology across the specialty care segment, where larger hospital-focused AI vendors have had limited presence.
