S&P Global Partners with Eightfold AI on Workforce Intelligence Platform

S&P Global has announced a collaboration with Eightfold AI to implement a talent intelligence platform aimed at supporting skills-based career mobility and workforce development across the company.

S&P Global has announced a strategic partnership with Eightfold AI to deploy a talent intelligence platform that supports workforce development and internal career mobility, announced in a press release.

The collaboration will integrate Eightfold AI’s Talent Design framework into S&P Global’s operations to enhance its skills-based career architecture and align workforce capabilities with business needs. The platform will provide employees with access to personalized learning, curated upskilling recommendations, and data-driven insights for internal career opportunities.

According to S&P Global, the initiative builds on its existing AI and upskilling programs, including its EssentialTECH education and 'AI for Everyone' training. Eightfold AI’s technology will help benchmark roles against global markets and scale talent intelligence across the organization.

Eightfold AI’s CEO Ashutosh Garg said the partnership demonstrates how combining human expertise with AI can unlock additional workforce potential.
