Segway Navimow Unveils H5 Pro Robot Mower With Extendable Edge Arm

The Navimow H5 Pro uses an extendable arm to cut grass along lawn boundaries. Its navigation and safety systems combine LiDAR, cameras, thermal sensing, and satellite positioning.

Segway Navimow unveiled the H5 Pro robotic lawn mower at IFA 2026, the company announced in a press release. Its EdgeMaestro robotic arm extends 7.7 cm to cut grass along lawn boundaries, while a rake module draws edge grass toward the blade.

The mower uses LiDAR, vision, and NRTK positioning for navigation. Three AI cameras, LiDAR, and thermal infrared sensing detect obstacles and small animals, including in low light conditions. The mower stops and changes course when it detects a potential animal.

The H5 Pro has all wheel drive, rear wheel suspension, and support for slopes up to 80 percent. It can cross obstacles up to 6 cm high and adjusts its edge mowing to different boundary types.
