Toro unveils HAVEN AM75 autonomous mower for 2027
The Toro Company announced in a press release that its HAVEN AM75 autonomous mower will arrive in 2027. The mower uses LiDAR navigation, camera obstacle detection and automatic mapping to maintain properties of up to three quarters of an acre.
HAVEN AM75 detects lawn edges and creates its own map without boundary wires. Users can define a perimeter through a mobile app when a lawn lacks clear edges, create exclusion zones and direct the mower across driveways or sidewalks to separate grass areas. Weather sensors prevent operation during rain, while the LiDAR and camera system detects obstacles including people, pets and toys.
Toro also introduced an updated TimeCutter zero turn mower range. The lineup includes a compact 50 inch model that provides the same cutting width as the TimeCutter MAX while requiring up to 20 percent less storage space. Both product lines will be available through Toro dealers, its website and major retailers starting in 2027.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
