Seedtag Introduces NeuroX Exchange for Contextual Media Planning

April 22, 2026
Seedtag has launched NeuroX, a new exchange that embeds its Neuro-Contextual AI directly into programmatic advertising infrastructure to improve audience targeting across web and connected TV.

Seedtag has launched NeuroX, a Neuro-Contextual Exchange built on its proprietary AI, Liz, announced in a press release. The platform integrates Seedtag's contextual intelligence directly into programmatic infrastructure, allowing every impression across its global network to be analyzed and categorized before trading.

NeuroX enables media planning and activation by decoding interest, emotion, and intent signals within content environments. It provides agencies, publishers, and brands with an addressable targeting layer across web and connected TV, improving reach and engagement without relying on identity-based data.

For agencies, NeuroX allows premium inventory targeting using contextual intelligence and supports integration with their own data and identifiers. Publishers gain the ability to make previously untargetable inventory addressable, while brands can align creative content with the emotional and intentional context of media environments.

The exchange is available for direct access now. Seedtag plans to expand its capabilities in June 2026 with a self-serve curation platform that will let agencies build and activate their own curated supply paths using the same Neuro-Contextual intelligence layer.
