Ruli.ai Raises $6 Million to Expand Legal Intelligence Platform
Ruli.ai has raised $6 million in seed funding led by Album VC, with participation from SignalFire, PJC, Foothill Ventures, Mana, and Genius Ventures, announced in a press release. The new round brings the San Francisco-based company's total funding to $8 million in just over a year.
Ruli.ai, founded by lawyers and technologists from Google and Meta, has developed an AI-native legal intelligence platform designed to provide continuous legal insight for corporate legal teams. The system learns from internal company data and global legal updates to deliver proactive, context-aware guidance while maintaining data security and confidentiality.
The company also announced that Michele Lee, former General Counsel of Pinterest and current GC in Residence at Wilson Sonsini, has joined its advisory board. Her addition brings experience in technology, law, and corporate governance to the team.
Ruli.ai plans to use the funding to grow its team, advance product development, and expand adoption of its tools, including a real-time AI assistant, a contract redlining tool, and a forthcoming intelligent archive.
