In her new role, Brassard will oversee a portfolio of content designed to accelerate the understanding and adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions throughout the insurance value chain. Her previous experience includes serving as BPO engagement owner at WR Berkley – Regional Shared Services, where she enhanced operations in underwriting and claims.
