With over three decades of experience in claims, underwriting, operations, and automation, Brassard will lead the development of educational programs and thought leadership initiatives aimed at helping insurance professionals adopt intelligent automation and AI best practices.

In her new role, Brassard will oversee a portfolio of content designed to accelerate the understanding and adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions throughout the insurance value chain. Her previous experience includes serving as BPO engagement owner at WR Berkley – Regional Shared Services, where she enhanced operations in underwriting and claims.
