Rogo Acquires Offset to Integrate AI Agents into Financial Workflows
Rogo has acquired Offset, an AI agent company focused on financial workflows, announced in a press release. Offset develops learning agents that operate within financial tools used by professionals across investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, and corporate finance.
The acquisition will allow Rogo to integrate Offset’s agentic systems into its platform, which serves more than 25,000 finance professionals. Offset’s technology enables AI agents to understand and maintain complex financial models, learning how models evolve through assumptions, formulas, and outputs.
Rogo plans to combine Offset’s agentic architecture with its existing data integrations and global distribution network, aiming to automate and streamline key financial workflows. The move follows Rogo’s recent $75 million Series C funding led by Sequoia, which supports the company’s expansion and platform development.
