Rockwell Automation will demonstrate an AI orchestrated factory system design at Hannover Messe 2026, integrating its Emulate3D, FactoryTalk Design Studio, and AI assisted engineering tools to streamline industrial automation workflows.

Rockwell Automation will demonstrate an AI orchestrated factory system design at Hannover Messe 2026, according to a press release. The presentation will take place in the "AI in Manufacturing" area, Hall 27, Booth A22, and will show how artificial intelligence can coordinate various engineering processes in industrial automation.

The company will integrate its Emulate3D digital twin and emulation software, copilot in Visual Studio Code as an AI assisted engineering interface, and FactoryTalk Design Studio, a cloud based controller engineering platform. The demonstration will highlight how engineers can use natural language to build and validate factory models, enabling faster design iterations.

Rockwell Automation describes this as a shift from fragmented workflows to an AI native engineering model. The system allows engineers to progress from validated digital models to fully tested controller projects before any hardware deployment, reducing risk and shortening engineering and commissioning cycles.

Attendees can see the live demonstration and joint technologies with Rockwell’s PartnerNetwork ecosystem during the event.
