Robo.ai and Ewatt Aerospace have announced a joint venture to establish RoVTOL, a company focused on eVTOL aircraft in Dubai, as stated in a press release.

Robo.ai and Ewatt Aerospace have announced the formation of a joint venture named RoVTOL, aimed at the global deployment of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, announced in a press release. The new company will be based in Dubai, UAE, and will focus on three core business areas: global sales of eVTOL aircraft, establishing an advanced assembly facility in the UAE, and building a global sales network under the RoVTOL brand.

Robo.ai will leverage its local capabilities and market access in the Middle East, while Ewatt Aerospace will provide exclusive licensing rights for its eVTOL technology and products. The joint venture will initially focus on advanced eVTOL models such as the ET1, ET2, ET3, and ET9, catering to diverse scenario requirements. Plans are also underway to establish an advanced eVTOL assembly facility in the UAE to achieve localized production and rapid delivery.

The collaboration aims to create a competitive edge in the global eVTOL market by integrating technology, resources, and localization. The future product lineup includes models like the ET1, ET2, ET3, and ET9, each designed for specific applications ranging from security and emergency response to urban air mobility and tourism.
