Redpoint Advisors has acquired VoxCroft Analytics, combining Redpoint’s global intelligence expertise with VoxCroft’s AI systems for analyzing local social, political, and security data in complex regions.

Redpoint Advisors has acquired VoxCroft Analytics, the U.S. entity of South African-based VoxCroft, announced in a press release. The deal combines Redpoint’s intelligence, banking, legal, and regulatory expertise with VoxCroft’s AI capabilities for analyzing hyperlocal social, political, and security dynamics.

Redpoint provides intelligence, geopolitical risk, insider risk, and overwatch services to corporate clients, family offices, and governments worldwide. The acquisition enhances Redpoint’s ability to collect and assess data across multiple languages and regions, supporting analysis in areas where information is often limited.

VoxCroft’s platform uses AI for narrative analytics, language translation, and local data collection, supported by a network of linguists and regional experts. By integrating these tools, Redpoint aims to improve its ability to identify emerging risks and opportunities for clients operating in complex environments.
