REcore Leads Project NexusRE as NorthstarMLS Wins Inman Award

REcore is leading Project NexusRE toward alpha and beta testing after NorthstarMLS won the Inman Innovator Award for work on listing data governance in AI systems.

REcore said it is leading development and commercialization of Project NexusRE after NorthstarMLS won the Inman Innovator Award for Most Innovative MLS, Association or Industry Organization, announced in a press release.

Project NexusRE is a patent pending infrastructure initiative for managing how MLS listing data is used by applications, platforms, and AI systems after it leaves an MLS. The project originated with NorthstarMLS and was shaped with AI strategy and technical work from WAV Group's Fluente AI team.

REcore is now responsible for product development, commercialization, and deployment. NorthstarMLS will remain an innovation partner.

REcore also named Jeff Fullbright as Chief Information and Strategy Officer to lead Project NexusRE. The project is moving into alpha and beta testing with early partners to test use cases, governance models, and deployment plans.
