REALM Global Publishes White Paper on AI in Luxury Real Estate

November 04, 2025
REALM Global has released a white paper titled 'Intelligent Luxury: How AI Is Redefining Trust, Taste, and Timeless Value,' emphasizing the role of real estate advisors in shaping client experiences through ethical AI use.

The REALM Global network for luxury real estate professionals has released a new white paper titled *Intelligent Luxury: How AI Is Redefining Trust, Taste, and Timeless Value*, announced in a press release. Co-authored by REALM Founder and CEO Julie Faupel and AI strategist Asha Saxena, the paper argues that real estate advisors remain central to client experiences even as artificial intelligence becomes more prevalent in the industry.

The white paper presents AI as a tool to enhance, rather than replace, human expertise. It introduces the concept of the “Augmented Advisor,” describing professionals who integrate AI responsibly to improve service and personalization for high-net-worth clients. Drawing on proprietary research with Altrata, the report notes that 72% of ultra-high-net-worth individuals prefer working with advisors who understand their values and lifestyle, not just their financial assets.

Case studies from REALM’s network highlight how agents in markets such as Big Sky, Park City, Napa, and Washington, D.C., are already applying AI to anticipate client needs and tailor services. The publication underscores REALM’s broader goal of promoting technology use that reinforces trust, privacy, and human connection in luxury real estate.
