RADCOM Ltd. will deploy its RADCOM ACE service assurance platform for CETIN Networks in Slovakia under a multi year contract, the company announced in a press release.

The deployment will replace CETIN's legacy assurance provider and place network visibility on one platform spanning the radio access network, voice services, and the mobile core. CETIN will use the system as it moves toward 5G Standalone, Voice over New Radio, and a cloud native core.

RADCOM ACE uses passive network probes to capture and correlate signaling data. The platform applies AI and machine learning for anomaly detection, radio access network experience analytics, voice quality assurance, and subscriber level troubleshooting.

CETIN also plans to use the platform for service level agreement and performance monitoring for wholesale and key account customers. The system supports data export and integration with operations support systems, business support systems, business intelligence tools, and external analytics systems.
