Pretty Good AI will present its clinic intelligence platform and voice automation technology at Thrive Summit 2025, taking place November 3–5 in Nashville, announced in a press release. The company, a Platinum Sponsor of the event organized by athenahealth, will demonstrate how its AI agents integrate with athenaOne to manage patient calls and scheduling.

Pretty Good AI's system addresses operational challenges such as overloaded phone lines, staff shortages, and scheduling inefficiencies in medical practices. The company reported that one client handling over 70,000 monthly calls saw more than 50% of calls resolved by AI within the first month, reducing hold times from over two hours to under five minutes.

Ahead of the summit, Pretty Good AI will host a free 45-minute webinar titled “How athenaOne practices unlock revenue & bandwidth with AI” on October 22, 2025. The session will include a live Q&A for healthcare practice leaders interested in implementing AI-driven automation.
