Ping An GlobalCare combines AI translation with online consultations, hospital transfers and in person assistance for expatriates in China.

Ping An Good Doctor unveiled Ping An GlobalCare in a press release, with the service now available for trial in Shenzhen. It provides AI speech and text translation for expatriates seeking medical care in China.

The translation engine supports two way communication across 19 languages and covers medical terminology. Users can sign in with mobile numbers from 198 countries and regions.

Ping An GlobalCare combines online assessments with a dedicated case coordinator, vehicle transfers and in person hospital assistance. The company plans to expand the service across online consultations, hospitals, homes and corporate health programs.
