Perform.AI Launches AI Commerce Operating System

Perform.AI launched an AI Commerce Operating System that covers merchant discovery, checkout, delivery, returns and logistics. The company also changed its name from Parcel Perform.

Perform.AI announced in a press release an AI Commerce Operating System that covers the ecommerce process from merchant discovery through delivery. The company also changed its name from Parcel Perform to Perform.AI in September 2026.

The system includes AI Commerce Visibility, Checkout, Post Purchase, Returns, Logistics and AI Decision Intelligence. The decision tool uses operational data to guide choices and optimize gross margin.

Teams can access ecommerce operational data through the Model Context Protocol within AI tools they already use. Perform.AI says its platform processes more than 100 billion parcel updates each year and connects with more than 1,100 carriers across over 160 countries.
