Peregrine Technologies has raised $250 million in Series D financing at a $6.8 billion valuation, announced in a press release. The round was led by existing investors including Fifth Down Capital, Sequoia Capital, OG Venture Partners, Goldcrest Capital, XYZ Ventures, and Godfrey Capital.

The funding will support Peregrine's expansion across government and enterprise markets, continued product development, and international growth. The company has opened new offices in Toronto and London and now serves more than 400 agencies and organizations across North America, reaching over 125 million people.

Peregrine’s AI platform integrates data from disconnected systems into a unified, permission-aware environment to support operational decision-making. It is used by state and local governments for public safety and event coordination, including the Super Bowl, World Series, and World Cup host cities.

The new capital will also fund the expansion of Peregrine’s engineering and implementation teams and provide a liquidity opportunity for employees. Founded in 2018, the company now employs more than 450 people across offices in San Francisco, Washington DC, New York City, Toronto, and London.
