Mycom and Nasctech announced a strategic technology partnership to combine Mycom's Service Assurance portfolio with Nasctech's operations automation software for communications service providers.

Mycom and Nasctech announced in a press release a strategic technology partnership to combine Mycom's AI powered Service Assurance portfolio with Nasctech's operations automation software for communications service providers.

The companies said the integrated offering will cover anomaly detection, root cause analysis, intelligent ticketing, and automated dispatch. Nasctech's systems integration arm will also implement and support Mycom's Service Assurance applications.

The partnership targets CSPs running 4G, 5G, and FTTx networks. The companies plan joint sales activity across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
