Payscore Integrates Income Verification into DoorLoop Tenant Screening
Payscore has partnered with DoorLoop to integrate real time income verification into DoorLoop's property management platform, announced in a press release. The integration allows property managers to access verified financial data directly within their existing tenant screening workflows.
DoorLoop selected Payscore after evaluating several income verification providers, citing accuracy, speed, and clear financial insights as key factors. The embedded functionality enables consent-based access to a renter's financial profile, helping property managers make quicker rental decisions and improve approval rates.
According to Payscore, applicants evaluated using verified income data can see approval rates increase by up to 20 percent compared to credit-only methods. The system analyzes income consistency across different earning types, providing a more complete view of financial stability without increasing risk.
The partnership also supports a broader trend toward income-based underwriting in rental housing, expanding Payscore's presence within DoorLoop's network of property management integrations.
