PartsSource Acquires SkillNet to Add Workforce Intelligence to Clinical Technology Platform

PartsSource has acquired SkillNet, a workforce intelligence platform for healthcare technology management, expanding its Enterprise Clinical Technology platform to include workforce readiness and training capabilities.

PartsSource announced in a press release the acquisition of SkillNet, a workforce intelligence platform for healthcare technology management. The acquisition expands the PartsSource Enterprise Clinical Technology platform to include workforce visibility, competency tracking, and technician capability management.

SkillNet provides hospitals and health systems with tools to monitor compliance and team readiness in real time. The integration gives healthcare organizations a unified view of equipment uptime, service delivery, and technician skills across their operations.

Alongside the acquisition, PartsSource introduced its new PRO Workforce solution. The offering includes a multi-vendor Technical Decision Support System with AI enabled diagnostics and repair guidance, as well as on-demand training through previously acquired RSTI and NVRT Labs. The company stated that the combined capabilities are being co-developed with five healthcare systems representing 43 hospitals.

The expanded platform is designed to help health systems improve workforce planning, reduce service dependency, and maintain clinical asset performance by aligning technician readiness with operational demand.
