May 12, 2026
Parloa has announced a deeper collaboration with SAP, integrating its AI agents into SAP Service Cloud following a strategic investment by SAP. The partnership enables companies to manage customer interactions with greater continuity and data integration.

Berlin and New York based Parloa GmbH has expanded its partnership with SAP, integrating its AI agents into SAP Service Cloud and aligning with SAP’s recent strategic investment in the company, announced in a press release.

The collaboration connects Parloa’s conversational AI with SAP’s business process and data systems. This allows companies to maintain context across customer interactions, linking conversations directly to service workflows and business data managed in SAP. The integration aims to reduce repetitive exchanges and improve resolution times for customer support.

Under the agreement, organizations can deploy AI agents across voice and digital channels. Parloa’s platform manages customer facing interactions, while SAP provides process knowledge, governance, and data integration. SAP has also adopted Parloa internally to deliver IT support using agentic AI.

Parloa’s Agent Management Platform gives companies control over AI behavior and performance. The joint solution will be available as an SAP Endorsed App through the SAP Store, with additional product integrations and go to market initiatives planned.
