Openstream.ai Secures Patent for Multimodal AI Reasoning System
Openstream.ai has been granted a U.S. patent for its system and method for processing multimodal conversations using advanced attention mechanisms and contextual reasoning, announced in a press release.
The patented framework enables AI systems to interpret and respond to complex human interactions across multiple input types such as voice, text, gestures, facial expressions, images, video, and eye gaze. It integrates attention mechanisms that dynamically identify relevant cues and maintain conversational context through dual sequence and temporal attention streams.
These capabilities are now part of Openstream.ai’s Eva platform, designed to deliver contextually aware and adaptive responses in real time. Eva can analyze multimodal inputs to understand user intent, correlate enterprise data, and generate actionable insights through an interactive dashboard.
The technology supports applications including customer service and enterprise analytics, where AI agents can interpret sentiment and visual information to process tasks such as insurance claims or data analysis more naturally and efficiently.
