Ondas Holdings to Acquire Counter-Drone Firm Sentrycs

November 10, 2025
Ondas Holdings has signed an agreement to acquire Sentrycs, expanding its autonomous and counter-drone capabilities for defense and security applications.

Ondas Holdings Inc. has agreed to acquire Sentrycs and its international subsidiaries, announced in a press release. The deal will integrate Sentrycs’ counter-unmanned aircraft system (C-UAS) technologies into Ondas’ autonomous systems portfolio.

Sentrycs develops cyber-based detection and mitigation systems for unauthorized drones, used in military, border, and critical infrastructure protection. Since 2022, the company has deployed its solutions in 25 countries across six continents.

Ondas said Sentrycs’ detection and identification technology will complement its Iron Drone Raider interceptor, creating a combined detect-to-defeat platform for airspace security. The acquisition adds to Ondas’ existing autonomous systems businesses, including American Robotics, Airobotics, and Apeiro Motion.

Sentrycs’ previous growth and restructuring were supported by TREO Asset Management, which acquired the company in 2022. The transaction was advised by Amit Pollak Matalon & Co. and Greenberg Traurig, with William Blair serving as exclusive financial advisor.
