The collaboration involves a sales agency agreement for the enterprise edition of ChatGPT, OpenAI's flagship generative AI platform, with sales activities set to begin in May.

As part of this partnership, NTT Data plans to develop AI agents capable of autonomously performing business functions such as sales and customer engagement. This move follows a similar agreement by PwC, which also signed a sales agency deal for ChatGPT Enterprise.
