Novity and Chiyoda Partner to Integrate Predictive Maintenance AI with plantOS
Novity has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Chiyoda Corporation to jointly deploy an integrated predictive maintenance solution, announced in a press release. The collaboration combines Novity’s TruPrognostics AI platform with Chiyoda’s plantOS operations and maintenance system to improve operational reliability in industrial sectors.
The partnership will promote the combined solution in Japan, the Middle East, and North America. It aims to provide operators with predictive insights such as remaining useful life estimates, machine diagnostics, and maintenance recommendations. The integration connects TruPrognostics AI directly into plantOS, linking predictive data with maintenance planning and operational workflows.
Novity’s hybrid AI approach combines physics-based models with machine learning to deliver high accuracy even with limited historical data. Chiyoda will contribute its engineering expertise and established presence in facilities such as LNG terminals, refineries, and chemical plants. The companies plan to advance from proof of concept to commercial deployment across energy and infrastructure facilities.
